Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your experience with our products—but we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order. Due to the nature of hemp-derived products and the importance of product integrity, we have specific guidelines in place for processing returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Returned within 14 days of delivery
We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to health, safety, and compliance reasons. If you’ve opened the product, we unfortunately cannot accept it back, even if it was only partially used.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or a damaged product.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you ordered the wrong item, please initiate a return for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellations
We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel an order, email us immediately at support@sipmixies.com. If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return once it is delivered, provided it meets our return criteria.
Return Shipping Address
We will provide the return address upon approval of your return request. Please do not return products to the shipping address on the package unless instructed—this may delay your return or make it ineligible.
