We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly, safely, and legally as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process, coverage, and expectations.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legally permitted. Due to local laws and regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain states or counties. If your shipping address falls within a restricted zone, your order may be canceled and refunded.
We do not currently ship internationally, including to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays). We aim to fulfill all orders within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update after you receive this notification.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and order size. Standard shipping typically takes 2–6 business days depending on your location. We may offer expedited shipping at checkout where available.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or regulatory inspections.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and destination. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying order threshold is met.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [support@yourdomain.com].
We’ll work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and do our best to resolve the issue. However, we are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address and tracking your order closely.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and state regulations, we are unable to ship certain products to specific jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to know your local laws and ensure that ordering hemp-derived products is legal in your area.
Orders placed with restricted items or addresses may be canceled and refunded without notice.
Order Modifications & Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been fulfilled or shipped. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
